Who we are
About BAMS Services
BAMS Services is a general contractor built on a simple idea: the person who quotes your project should be the person who stands behind it.
We self-perform the core of the work instead of brokering it out, which is why our schedules hold and our estimates match the invoice. Every project gets one point of contact from the walkthrough to the punch list.
We work in both English and Spanish, on residential remodels and on commercial build-outs, and we put the same crew standards on a bathroom as on a 20,000 sq ft shell.

How we work
One team, start to finish
No subcontractor roulette. The crew that starts your project is the crew that finishes it.
Written scope, fixed estimate
You get line items, not a lump sum. Change orders are approved in writing before anyone picks up a tool.
Clean sites, daily
We leave the property broom-clean every evening. You keep living or trading in the space.
We answer the phone
During the job and after it. Warranty calls go to the same number you already have.
